Hi, I'm Megan Wu, and I'm so glad you're here.
My path to life coaching has been a discovery through my own life experiences. I spent years training with the goal of becoming a professional dancer which took a lot discipline, dedication, and time. When injuries and health challenges forced me to step away, I had to sit with a question I wasn't prepared for: what do I do now?
Navigating that uncertainty taught me more than I expected. Around that same time, My mental and physical health were at a low. I was diagnosed with Diabetes, and eventually made the decision to reverse it through changes in my diet and exercise. I walked away from relationships that weren't serving me, got myself organized mentally and physically, and slowly built a life that actually felt intentional. It wasn't a straight line, but it was something I owned.
That experience led me to work in residential mental health, where I spent a few years supporting people through some of their most difficult chapters. Being in that environment deepened my understanding of how people grow and change, and reinforced how much it matters to have someone genuinely in your corner.
Now I channel all of that into coaching. I specialize in mindset, personal growth, and wellness: helping people get unstuck, get clear on what they want, and build the habits and boundaries that support a healthier, more fulfilling life.
